Your mental health has a significant impact on your overall well-being and quality of life. Just as there’s no one-size-fits-all solution for physical health concerns, mental health issues require a tailored approach from qualified health care professionals who understand the challenges and experiences you’re facing.

At Restore Mental Health, we understand the toll addiction and mental illness take on your day-to-day life. Fortunately, you don’t have to walk through this alone. We offer a full range of services to help you address your unique needs, challenges and wellness goals.

Thanks to advances in technology and mental health treatment, there are more safe and effective medical and clinical treatments available now than ever before. Through our evidence-based inpatient and outpatient treatment programs, you can regain control of your life, establish new habits and learn to manage mental illnesses such as addiction, depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder.

The Importance of Personalized Treatment

Your challenges, strengths and goals are uniquely yours, and at Restore Mental Health, we believe that your treatment plan should be, as well. With our customized approach to care, we provide an individualized experience for each client, giving them the tools they need for recovery. We provide a comprehensive treatment plan that includes:

  • Personalized services from a multidisciplinary team of mental health care professionals, clinicians, doctors, caseworkers and other industry experts
  • Inpatient or outpatient services, depending on your needs and lifestyle preferences
  • The latest in medical, clinical and holistic treatment options
  • Individual, family and group therapy sessions that provide insight into the root causes of mental illness and addiction, along with effective coping skills and strategies

What Is a Specialty Treatment Program?

A specialty treatment program uses the latest in mental health and addiction research and provides a tailored approach specifically for your unique needs. There are a range of factors that influence what your treatment plan looks like, including your life experiences, living situation, career and history with drug use or mental illness. At Restore Mental Health, we use cutting-edge research to address each client’s treatment needs to promote a successful recovery.

Restore Mental Health features four treatment paths and matches each client to the peer group and program that best fits their needs and goals. Clients have access to specialized services, licensed therapists and helpful therapy sessions that directly address their needs.

Each specialty treatment program has its own mental health care professionals, goals and modalities. This means that whether you need help with processing job-related traumas or you’re dealing with disruptive symptoms related to addiction or mental illness, your treatment plan is carefully designed to provide the highest level of support.

What Specialty Treatment Programs Does Restore Mental Health Offer?

Restore Mental Health offers a tailored approach to care through four programs, each of which is designed to address specific challenges and equip clients to achieve their goals. These programs include:

  • Inpatient Care – This intensive program provides residential psychiatric services for those seeking a stable, supportive environment while they’re focusing on their mental health. It features one-on-one, family and group therapy sessions throughout the day, along with recreational therapies, spiritual workshops and neurorehabilitative services. Residents can also enjoy healthy, delicious meals and snacks to support their physical health while they focus on recovering from mental illnesses or addiction. Restore Mental Health’s inpatient program is a voluntary program.
  • Outpatient Care – Outpatient care offers flexibility for those seeking support with mental illness or addiction. With this option, clients typically attend 5-6 hours per day of one-on-one and group therapy, but they continue living in their own homes. In some cases, evening and weekend sessions are available, making it feasible for many clients to continue working and fulfil family obligations while getting the help they need.
  • First Responder Care – First responders have unique mental health needs due to the high-stress nature of their jobs. For some professionals, finding a mental health care provider that understands their line of work and the stress, anxiety and depression they may experience as a result of regular exposure to danger and trauma is difficult. At Restore Mental Health, mental health care professionals implement a targeted treatment program to help first responders deal with past traumas and develop healthy coping skills for navigating future emergencies.
  • Neuro Rehab – Addiction and mental illnesses such as depression and post-traumatic stress disorder are physiological brain diseases, and they often require specialized rehabilitation services. Neuro rehab is an innovative practice that includes a collection of state-of-the-art diagnostics and treatments such as EEG brain mapping, heart rate variability and biosound/biofeedback therapies, neurofeedback training and transcranial stimulation. Through these treatments, mental health care professionals can help clients change how their brains process information.

What to Expect from All of Our Specialty Treatment Programs

All of our treatment plans are available on the same campus, meaning that all clients have access to the same cutting-edge features and treatment options, regardless of the program they’re in. Some of our most effective treatment options include:

  • Neuro rehab services – these services include EEG brain mapping, brain stimulation therapy and neurofeedback training, which can speed up the brain’s recovery from substance use and mental illness. • A full suite of health and wellness services including acupuncture, recreational activities and massage therapy. Residents also have access to nutritional counseling and a fully equipped fitness studio, supporting their health goals and boosting their recovery efforts.
  • A full medical team of psychiatrists, medical doctors, registered nurses and other industry professionals who specialize in mental health. Our medical team takes a compassionate, practical approach to care that focuses on holistic wellness.

How a Specialty Treatment Program Can Help You or a Loved One

Each person’s experience with addiction or mental illness is unique. These are complex diseases that result from various medical conditions, personal and family histories and psychological and behavioral issues. They’re influenced by a range of factors, from age and gender to life experiences, particularly exposure to trauma.

While some mental health care facilities offer a one-size-fits-all approach to care, Restore Mental Health believes that a tailored treatment approach gives clients their best chance at success in their mental health journeys.

For example, first responders have unique job-related factors that may increase their risk of substance abuse, depression or post-traumatic stress disorder. For that reason, our First Responder Care program includes career-specific support, therapies and group sessions that are unique from our other programs.

Similarly, while we believe that inpatient care offers the best setting for those who are living with serious mental illnesses or addiction, we recognize that it’s not a practical solution for every client. For that reason, we offer an intensive outpatient program to make high-quality care accessible to those who need to remain in their home environments throughout the duration of their treatment plans.

At Restore Mental Health, we combine the latest in neurorehabilitation with time-honed, evidence-based therapies to help clients navigate their wellness journeys. Whether you’re seeking inpatient or outpatient care, or you’re in a high-stress career that’s taken a toll on your mental health, we have a program that’s right for you.
